One of the best ways to make your business known is through online. Today, almost everyone on this world already knows how to use the internet and everyday thousands or millions of email addresses are being created. Email marketing is one of the cheapest ways to introduce your business. All you need is a personal computer, an internet connection, and a creative mind. Of course you need to be creative to put content into your emails, the more catchy words you have the better. Contents wouldn’t be catchy enough to read if you don’t have a theme and having a theme means organizing them. You wouldn’t send a rainy day promotion on a blazing summer heat, wouldn’t you?
On an article written by Andre Wagner entitled Organizing Your Email Content into Themes, he clearly differentiate all type of email contents into themes. He categorized it into four, Promotional, Information, Procedural, and Relational. On Promotional themes, this email intends to persuade audience to take a specific action. Informational themes clearly defines that it only informs audience to help form an opinion. On Procedural themes it gives official instructions or explains the process. While on the Relational themes explains that it is typically a one-way communications with no call to action. With the categorizing of these emails it will enable you to easily locate the type of email that you will be using. It is more of making a catalogue for your email marketing materials. These themes or categories of emails can surely help all businesses which are using the Email Marketing method to boost up their sales or just to make their company known.
